Mr. Witkowski is a 30 year veteran of electric utility fieldwork. After 20 years of service in many field roles with Duke Energy, Witkowski joined ENERCO in 1999 as the Director of Field Operations. In February 2007, he was promoted to President and Director of Operations. While at ENERCO, Witkowski has developed an exceptional reputation for providing successful operational and project management to our customers. As an Electronic Engineer, he offers a wide background of distribution and substation metering experience, as well as AC/DC electric circuit design expertise. Witkowski developed ENERCO's pole and line inspection program and process. He is a member of the American Wood Preservative Association and holds wood preservative and pesticide licenses throughout the southeast. He is also a recipient of the W.S.O'B. Robinson Award, the highest honor awarded to a Duke employee for distinguished service. Witkowski's primary responsibility is ensuring that our expectations of high quality of service and customer satisfaction are met through our operations and field organization.
